IN YOUR EYES

 

India, Nepal, China, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, DR Congo, Palestine, South Africa ... On the routes, partly intertwined with the SHARE project, through the countries of Europe so far away, the visual artist and photographer Borut Bučinel in his the lens "caught" the eyes. He accepted them as a gift; as ten seconds of focus that man devotes to man. All photographs were taken with the permission of the portrayed men and women, but they tell a story that is in the eyes of those who would otherwise never have seen them. The beauty in the eye of the beholder thus flows through the mirror of the human soul on the other side of the lens. Honesty, authenticity, focus. And photos on the tarpaulin that defy sand, rain, even all temperatures, so that Bučinel can put them on a trip and carry them on every new path.
